Culver’s

Culver’s (Mandan) Absolutely awesome. Everyone is friendly and attentive. They have the food out in a timely manner. I’ve been here with a large group multiple times. Each time, we are welcomed with great food and service. Three employees have gone above and beyond. These three deserve 5 stars. Aiden (shift manager) Joe (shift manager since 2022) And Renan (Very helpful and kept everything clean) If the owner reads this, those two deserve a raise. This is a fast food restaurant, and they’ve offered to clear tables and refill drinks like we were at a sit down restaurant. Thank you Culver’s for making eating so much fun!

I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks and have been let down both times. The first time I ordered curbside and a team member never came to give me my food. After 10 minutes I went in myself and grabbed it from the shelf. The second time is when I took this picture. They have terrible accuracy with ingredients. My burger is missing bacon and Grilled onions and they only gave me 4 jalapenos. It's just sad. The only redeeming item I got were the cheese curds

The food was fine, they did add onions when I wanted no onions but that's fine. HOWEVER, the urgency or just general ability to care about their job or customers was NOT there. We watched our order be packed and then handed off from person to person before it made it's way to us. It's like they didn't know what to do with it! There was no communication between the five people standing up front to pack and deliver orders. They eventually put it on a side rack (that wasn't heated) and we waited another 5 minutes for them to get a juice box for the order. THEN, we went up with a free scoop coupon and asked for a flavor of the day and she asked what toppings I wanted (...whatever comes on the flavor of the day?) and we had 10 scoopie tokens to redeem for a prize. She didn't know what that was

Drive thru order here! 10 star review, night of 16 February 2026. Many thanks to Joe working the front window, he was so kind and welcoming which is such a vital attribute in the service industry. When we come thru town, we always love Culver’s. It hits different when they value you + thats what Culvers does. Portion, price, flavor, atmosphere have always been top knotch. Treat yourself today folks, go w Culvers of Mandan❤️

This is the first Culvers on I-94 heading east... (there's also one a few miles east of here just south of the Costco) both of the locations offer a great, better, ButterBurger... programmed into the GPS and our planned stop on points east and on the return trips west. We need one of these on the Left Coast... Boise has one, but that's still 8 hrs from Seattle, closer than this one. The Culver's in Bismark and Mandan are superb. The first one heading east on I-90 is in Spearfish, it's not quite as superb as these two in ND, but after hours on the road, still a welcome stop.
