Boba and Beyond

Our family loves eating here! “Their ice cream is just really good!” ~Chris, 8 yo

It was a tasty new way to eat ice cream. It’s a slightly silkier texture with a not too sweet flavor. The birthday cake one was perfectly flavored, as well as the cookie monster one. The only constructive criticism I have is that the mixed berry rolled ice cream could have more berry flavor. We could only taste blueberry, and even that was quite subtle. I did not try the tea, but will the next time we go.

The boba was great and the ice cream was plenty enough for one person as well! The boba was cooked perfectly and the brown sugar was the perfect amount! For a shop that just opened up a week ago the menu is plenty big. They give you classic boba flavors like Thai tea, milk tea, and brown sugar. You don’t have to wait long for your drink or ice cream but I guess that really depends on how busy they are.

Great service and options! It doesn’t need to be a huge menu with tons of choices. It’s nice to have a little place with rolled ice cream in the area! Not to mention, the menu can always be expanded in the future, if needed.

The staff were great. Ice cream is good, but, hopefully, they longer they are open, the more they will expand on the flavors and upgrade to fresh fruit.
