This food chain sets the standards of quality and customer service excellence that many attempt to mimic but fall short of achievement.

One of the best Culver’s we’ve been to. We travel through KC and eat here. We had an unfortunate experience once, but management went above and beyond to make it right. Our return visits have been wonderful. Very polite and put together staff. Prompt service. I also thought it was a nice touch that they have diapers and wipes in the restroom available for families. Definitely recommend!

When we were there, the crew were pleasant. The food tasted good and fresh.

Javan and Jeremiah are some of the most enthusiastic and passionate workers I have ever experienced and ANY restaurant. They were both absolutist outstanding and if they aren’t getting one yet they deserve a raise or promotion. I will be back just because of those 2 amazing individuals.

Ordered ahead through the app to make this process easier than it typically is ( this is never a quick process), as this was supposed to be a quick stop on a very long road trip. I gave them an hour notice, paid for the food, notified them through the app we were on our way, and notified them we arrived - it took them 15 minutes to get us our food and they didn't include any of the condiments requested. Not sure why on earth they even have an app - waste of time. This restaurant is incredibly inefficient. If you're looking for "fast food" this is not your place.
