Culver's

Do NOT get the Reuben. It is honestly the most greasy/slimy item they have. I love Reuben’s… however, the “toasted” bread was soggy, the meat its self was full of fat and grease, and there was no thousand island dressing. It was literally a soggy mess. The fries were nice and fresh though. Just maybe stick to the burgers next time.

I wish I could give more stars!!! I love the Walleye! Went in last night and ordered the x walleye sorta off the menu by asking them to cut it up into smaller pieces. The cashier politely told me they couldn't do that. I them asked for the manager, Miss Massey, who told me she would ask the cooks. They said no due to timers. That didn't stop her from satisfying a customer. She went in the back and cooked it herself and WAS IT EVER DELICIOUS!!!! Cooked to perfection. My only issue seems to be store wide as I encountered it at every Culver's, I've eaten at, the dinner roll is somewhat stale. She truly embodies the spirit of Culver's company philosophy. I hope this review makes it to Craig Culver's. He needs to hear the positive about his employees instead of just the bad. THANK YOU, MISS MA

1/15/2026 Placed an over $300 online order for 23 people. Not a single thing labeled. Receipt has names listed for who ordered what. Drinks weren’t labeled. Ice creams were melted. Floats were completely melted. Whoever the manager is for tonight said she bagged the order at 6:40. I was in the building at 6:37 so that’s false. Manager on shift said that “isn’t their responsibility”. The boxes have punch outs for a reason. Even if it isn’t the responsibility, let’s take a second to think about customer experience and generating business that returns. This is poor management. Poor organization. And really bad customer service. Our $300+ orders will go somewhere else. Do better.

Kamille was so sweet, such wonderful service. Very clean place too! Had to edit this after we got our food…. My veggie burger was ice cold in the middle. My husband didn’t get the extra onions he ordered and instead of the chocolate concrete mixer he ordered, he got vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup mixed in…… they fixed it and they were nice but wow they need to pay closer attention.

The food was fresh and quick to come out. Employees were super nice & helpful. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
