Culver’s

Stopped for dinner and dessert last Friday. Ordered 2 turtle sundaes. When arrived home I found only a small dab of custard. I returned today and explained the obvious mistake to the manager. She informed me that policy would not allow her to correct after one day. I may never return.

If you've never been to a Culver's, this is the one to go too. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The food is always fresh and made with care (no sloppy McBurgers here). And they offer a generous Military Discount for those eligible. A great place to enjoy a nice lunch in a clean restaurant with quality service all around.

Great food. Really enjoyed it. Apparently we were there after a busy time. The drink and condiments area was a bit messy. The customer service was excellent though.

This place is amazing! My family and I were driving from the other side of Iowa back home in North Carolina. We stopped at this location for dinner and had a great meal, but that isn't the best part. My wife accidentally left here purse in our booth and we proceeded to drive another 2.5 hours east before she realized she left her bag. She called the restaurant completely expecting to get blown off by whoever answered the phone... to our astonishment they offered to mail her purse to our house, provided a tracking number and nothing was missing! They even paid for the shipping. That is next level service. The culture is only outshined by those burgers. Thankfully, Culvers locations are starting to appear here in NC and we are fans for life!

Always good for a root beer float. Service is good, atmosphere is typical fast food joint. Their frozen custard is where it's at.
