Culver’s

I’m not sure what happened but things have changed for the better at Culver’s. I left a very negative review in the past, but I wanted to post this one because they’ve definitely changed how they do things. Much more courteous and friendly. For fast food, it has always been good. I imagine management must’ve seen all of the negative reviews and finally did something about it. Kudos to them!

Food was good but I would of given it a 5 if it wasn't so salty and smoothy so sugary. Hamburger was good as was the onion rings and fries.

As a frequent Culver’s customer and delivery driver, I visit Culver’s for deliveries and personal food orders each week. On Friday, Feb. 6th, the manager on duty bagging orders bagged my Uber order at 5:30pm according to the receipt. I waited until 6:02pm before even being handed the order. The order was ready on the shelf since I arrived at 5:40pm. I requested the food to be remade because this was beyond my control and I look out for my customers, especially if it is ready when I arrive, even still waiting 20+ minutes. I will not return to this location. I love Culver’s and hope they make it right but I will not be back to the Bellevue location for personal orders.

The past three times I've gone they have left something out of my order and I have to go in and get it myself. Sometimes they even question me like I am lying, but I am just asking for what I paid for. The food is always fresh though. It has been two months since my original review. I still am experiencing issues Everytime I visit this location. I am constantly making it home and then realizing my food is missing. It happens every order. Additionally, there is a young woman who takes my order each time I go, and she always has an attitude. She was the one I mentioned in my original review who makes questions me as if I am lying when I go in to request the food that I PAID for. She gets very short and snippy if you order more than one meal or make any customizations in the drivethrough. I

January 29th 2026 I had went into Culver's they were pretty busy. I watched this manager Ari be so rude and disrespectful. To people picking up orders for delivery services. The eye rolling, acting as if she couldn't be bothered with customers at all. You're a manager Ari. You work in the fast food industry you know customer service is supposed to be your number one thing. But to be so rude do people who were picking up other people's orders to deliver them they're doing their job too. That was not okay. I spoke up about how I watched you act. And to hear one of your employees that is lower on the totem pole than you. Tell me that she apologizes for the way you are acting. And that you guys are pretty busy. I told the lady I understood but it was still unacceptable because you guys are in
