Culver’s

Starting to go downhill and this is not the first time it’s happened either. This Culver’s used to be one my fave places to eat at here in town. Unfortunately my chicken sandwich was hardly warm and dry. Very little lettuce. Hard edges on my bottom bun and two small pickle ends. And the cheeseburger was so greasy and undercooked the bottom bun edges were soaked with grease which was brown and soggy looking. This is unacceptable.

So as people know the power went out tonight. So I went to Culver’s for dinner. Was super happy with everything, and the guy who helped was super nice but when I got home I notice my bag smelld kinda bad. So when I got home I opened the bag and smelled it from the burger. It’s burnt on one side and undercooked on the other and has a super bad smell. My cheescurds and chili cheese fries were awesome but that burger was so bad. Ima post a pic. Also while takin a pic I realized it doesn’t have any topping on it.

Our family comes to Culver’s once a week and the kids get their free ice cream with their meals. The food has always tasted good. Since I can’t have ice cream, my husband always orders me a cup with 2 toppings in it, strawberries and setting chocolate on top. I eat this while my family all eats their custard. He orders me this at EVERY Culver’s we go to, including this one. However tonight I was refused it through the drive thru. I explained to the girl that I always order this and she told me she couldnt do it, so we canceled our order and went elsewhere. Then we were visibly laughed at through the window as we left. You just lost 6 customers.

My group of 7 was there on Nov. 20th. From 12:30 - 3:30 an employee named David was working and he was so kind and helpful. Went above and beyond in so many ways. Hope your manager knows you are a special employee. Thanks again! Mr. & Mrs. Cliff Roberts, Brown County, In.

Great cod fish sandwiches. The shrimp is the best we have had from any fast food chain. The butterburgers are excellent as well. Traveling down I-69 I suggest that you try this gem. Online ordering is simple and you should expect your food to be ready no longer than 15 minutes. They also offer curbside delivery.
