Another great closing at Rowland Title. Their group handled a rush closing with great communication and precision. Excellent customer service again! The staff at Rowland is top notch. I had a post closing situation with my bank and Deca stayed involved to help me even though it was not their responsibility. Tori was also a joy to work with. From beginning to end this company understands customer service.

We was sent a txt message from our bank not from title company, the money we needed for closing went up $200. They for got to add in fees, this was at 5:30pm on a Friday and our closing was that Monday afternoon. Everyone one was very nice, only problem was not knowing we needed more money then what was told.

Seller wanted to use them! Are house had 3 plots,2 of the plots had old barns on,so we couldn't get financed FHA. We had to do a quick deed,to separate them! They didn't figure the sellers taxes owed! So the first year we received nothing on the taxes that wasn't paid,by the seller! Year 2 we pay are taxes,and then receive a 1300 tax bill,with fines,fees,and a Judgement. Are land was going to be sold! They wouldn't do anything to try to help fix there mistake! How can you be responsible for taxes,that someone else owes,and fines,fees,and Judgements 2 years after the fact! There answer, we own the property! If they would have sent the bill the first year,we wouldn't had 1000 in fines and fees! They say they don't look,when they do a quick deed,and that should have been done! I'd never use t

The staff here are very friendly and the closing paperwork and everything has always been fine. This is now the 3rd or 4th time this year I have closed with this title company and the wire process is just extremely inconvenient. You have to call them and they read you the account and routing information over the phone to supposedly prevent fraud. However, every other title company I work with or use provides the details through a platform or multi factor authentication. Here I am (yet again) trying to close for my property and I cannot get the wire instructions. The rating is strictly for the wiring process. Otherwise people and staff are great and I like the company but I am hoping they will update this as it is extremely inconvenient and frustrating for clients.

I've used Rowland for multiple closings and they're always on top of it. They were even able to get a closing done in 12 days for me. Awesome service!
