Culver’s

This is a nice, well located restaurant. Hamburgers are tasty and the salads very good. Kids love that the get a free ice cream, which is delicious! The staff is polite and fast.

I had a great lunch at Culvers. The service at counter was very friendly and fast. I had a Wisconsin Swiss melt sandwich a double. The Swiss cheese was fresh and melty, the rye bread tasted like rye bread and beef was good. There was some purple onion and I added mustard. I also had yummy crinkle fries and ketchup. My favorite was the root beer. I was glad we went here and would definitely go again.

Food was great as always. Their diet root beer is the best I've ever had. I ordered a concrete after dinner. I waited 15 min and went back to the counter to see if they forgot me. They couldn't find my order and said they'd make it right away. Five minutes later, I went up and no one had even started it. The cashier went back and made it herself but I was then eating my custard after the rest of the table had finished theirs.

This Culver’s is normally good, however, I’ve never gotten an ice cream cone from here until today. Small is a generous description of how tiny it was. I understand I ordered a small, but for less money I can go to Casey’s and get a vanilla cone out of their self serve machine and pile it as high as I want, for less money. The ice cream didn’t even go down into the cone, it was just strictly cone to bite into after I got through the tiny scoop on top. The workers should be trained better on how to make ice cream cones, otherwise this is a good place to eat.

The Culver’s in Alexandria is absolutely outstanding!!! Hands down the best Culver’s we’ve ever been to, maybe in the entire country. We stop there every time we head to Fargo. The food is a 10/10, five stars, no notes. Incredible service, and our kids loved it too!
