Cuban Sandwich and more

The Ropa Vieja sandwich was so good! The chicken was super tender, and it reminded me of the first time I tried ropa vieja in Miami a couple years ago. If you’ve never had it, it’s a popular Cuban dish. I also love that the owner added avocado 😆 he knows us Mexicans in Houston appreciate that! My friend had the salami sub and said it was fire. Definitely stop by and support a local spot, especially when the food actually GOOD! 😋

1st visit:I ordered the Cuban authentic sandwich and it was delicious! UPDATE 2nd visit: I visited AGAIN and my sandwich had a hair in it :( please check your food before driving away.

The Cuban was on point!! The Sandwich was Huge and stuffed with meat. . Delicious. !! Well worth the $8,50... And the lady cook, was Awesome and put love into the preparation of food. Will definitely be coming back!!

The owner has moved from the food truck on Fairmont and is now located inside the Chevron at Strawberry and Vista with the same great authentic Cuban food. The ropa vieja is 👌🏼

Excellent sandwich, I had the authentic Cuban sandwich, and a strawberry/banana liquado. Friendly staff. waiting time, around 12 minutes, no big deal. The sandwich was delicious, and the liquado was excellent too. Will favorite this, and come here when I want a sandwich. I recommend it!
