Thank you so much for my awesome birthday cookie!!! 🍪 I don't often treat myself so it's really nice to get spoiled 🥰 the birthday reward was being weird in the app, but they honored it anyway which I very much so appreciated because technically difficulties with the app aren't mine or the employees fault. The banana pudding was delicious once I started eating it couldn’t put it down. The oreo cookie cake was good too.

My daughter had taken my phone without permission and used my card info and purchased her a gift card of 25.00. Talked to support said I couldn't get a refund for my daughter's mistake.

My family and I just left Rowlett Crumbl. My children walked in and the cashier who took their order not had a rude facial expression on her face, but she was also rude while they were ordering, kept asking “is that all” while each of them was deciding what flavor they wanted. When the box was closed, the cashier (Emmy) messed up one of the cookies. We asked her to replace the messed up cookie, as she messed it up while closing the box while still holding it in hand - she did not set it down flat on the counter - she then replied with “we can only replace cookies that are messed up.” Again, she messed up the cookie with the box while closing it. We then got a replacement but had to pay for it ourselves. Which is ridiculous. We asked for the manager’s name and she replied with “I am the man

These are the most delicious cookies I have ever had!!!!! I couldn't just buy one. I had to get several to get the Crumbl Cookies experience 😋 My best friend and I went there after lunch, and it was so worth it!!!! I ordered two chocolate chips, one dark chocolate, and one of my favorite blue berry cheesecake 😍this cookie melts in your mouth with delicious flavors !!!! Whenever I am in the area, I will definitely come by again. The staff was very kind and friendly 😊 Very satisfied customer Mardianne
