Drove 27 miles to try the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Brownie. As expected it was delicious. I cant wait to try the Salted Caramal Cheesecake cookie. Service sucked tho, thank gosh the cookies are worth it. Please consider a new location closer to Battle Creek as I am losing my status because the nearest locations to me are 30+ minutes away.

I was having a bad day and my friend surprised me with Crumbl. The cookies were so yummy. Each flavor was spot on, textures were great, I wish I could experience that moment all over again. Definitely recommend getting a milk to go with. Did not disappoint! Worth the hype!

You can’t go wrong with a cookie from here. They’re so good and are for several days after!

learn to acknowledge your customers! stood for 5 minutes to pick up an order and not one worker even said a word i had to speak up and ask for the order… while everyone sat in a group on their phones.. do better or dont work customer service….also the order was finished ten minutes late and I was the only customer in the store.

One of the best set of cookies I've ever had. My favorite was arguably the chocolate tart cookie, but they were all so good it was difficult at first deciding which one would've been my favorite. The staff there were also very helpful since this was my first time actually getting Crumbl.
