The Dubai chocolate brownie was delicious, big brownie and good amount of pistachio filling.

Stopped in for cookie treats and oh that wonderful in-store cookie aroma! The staff was very friendly and got me my cookie fix all taken care of. I was impressed too at how clean the facility was. Cleanliness reflects many things, but it helps with their overall brand and reputation. Thanks and we'll be back to the store or even for an online order.

Update: Crumbl continues to be unsatisfactory. Additional pictures added. "support" email provided below results in an automated "please contact local store" reply. -- Absolutely unacceptable. I have been a long time Crumbl customer. I would love to give this place five stars. The cookies are great, especially when our favorites make their way through the rotation. I cannot, however. The quality at this store specifically has been experiencing a severe decline. Today we ordered two of our favorites - the lemon and the carrot cake - and immediately wanted to return our order. It appears as though less and less care is given into each cookie in exchange for creating mass quantity quickly. The glaze and frosting is our primary concern. Ordered ahead. Got the cookies to me right on time, but man, they sucked. I ordered the Oreo tres leches, 12 of them because we are having a party. I had had the flavor at a different location earlier in the week and they were amazing. These were awful. So dry. Literally no moisture at the bottom of them. There was no leches in the tres leches cake. Awful. You’d think with such a large order they would have taken extra care to make them perfect. Literally all 12 were dryer than an Arizona dessert. Wish I could get my money back.
