My coffee was burnt. Plus sat at the window after placing my order for over 5 min just to end up with my coffee burnt. Wasn't worth going back to get another coffee

My fiance and I were the first in line . We ordered 2 drinks and we had to wait 10 mihutes before we got them. They took the order from the car behind us first because they were a regular. They brought their drinks out to them first and everything. Very unprofessional. I get you have regulars but you help the customer that is there first.
