I give this place a NEGATIVE 3 STARS.. The bathrooms are filthy, they stink. The server never asked if we needed a refill of our drinks or anything else. The food was cold. We ordered a half pound of blue crab which held, maybe 2 table spoons of meat. Multiple shrimp of the half pound ordered still has parts of their POOP VEIN . Horrible service, horrible food for $45. WE PURCHASED A POUND OF FRESH CRAB CLAW MEAT, AND 40 JUMBO DETAINED and PEALED SHRIMP FOR $27 TOTAL from Jungle Jim's. Avoid this place like COVID...

This was my first dining here and I will admit next time I’m back in Cincinnati I will be coming back. Everything was delicious! The catfish was hot and fresh! My daughter loved her sea food boil. I would recommend.

I’ve eaten here at least 10 times over the year or so. The food is incredible! The prices are good, even though I’ve seen people review the menu and walk out. On average, it’s probably about $30 per person, depending on what you order. Service is great, food comes out quickly, and the boom fire sauce is well…fire. I highly recommend it. 10/10

I personally love this place for the simple fact that my pregnant behind placed an order an hr to closing time, and i thought I placed the order at the location nearest my job. Come to find out, it eas this location! Which is where i usually order from so that was an easy mistake on my behalf moving too fast. I asked my fiancé to pick it up and he was pissed to because it was definitely not at the location i thought it was. He asked me if i wanted him to place an order there and im like nooo, thats inconsiderate, theyre about to close. Blah blah blah. Pretty ok music, service is less than desirable and bit slow even on a less busy day. I added the gumbo to both laugh and show my disappointment. I've spent enough time in the south to experience gumbo that when I saw it here I was happy to give it a try. If I wanted store bought gumbo for 4.99 I'd of gone to the store for it and not waste disappointment eating this thinking it be made. Look at the Campbell soup diced cut mystery meat........ I miss real gumbo. Hope other people have a better experience.
