Crafty Crab - Richmond Southside Plaza

I’m going to have to give this spot a five star. They have one of the best boil bags in the Richmond area. I did not know when we went. They had karaoke, but the crowd was live. It was nice. It was a great atmosphere and the food was amazing. The drinks were also great and the waitress was the bomb. Of course, a boil bag only takes a few minutes to make so it came out super quick and my lobster was cooked just right. I will definitely be back!

When I find out here I am never disappointed the food comes out hot and fresh the drinks are delicious the waitresses are respectful polite and make sure you don’t need for anything the entire time there.

Celebrated a friend's birthday and it was a good time! I had the loaded Cajun rice, fish and crabcakes! We had oysters and boil bags and THE DRANKS!!! LAWWTY THEM DRANKS!! We stopped to give the bartender his very own tip drill because he was very intentional in making our bday cocktails! Nice ambiance. Clean environment and restrooms. It wasn't too busy when we went but we did have a little wait for our food and drinks. Overall great vibe!

The Cajun rice was to run too and our waitress ( ms xavier) was #1 with customer service and being attentive to our needs . Please don't let me forget about the bartender!!! Enough said!!! I had a great time and most definitely enjoyed the food

Food has always been good don’t get me wrong but my nieces have seafood allergies and we come all the time. They bring food from another restaurant due to them being allergic to seafood. But the adults eat seafood. We drive 2 hours away and all of a sudden they can’t bring it inside. The manager was really rude and it was about to be a serious problem! The manager needs to make sure all the employees are all on one accord with rules. I definitely would not be coming back due to the hostile situation.
