Crafty Crab

Our server was the best! She was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable and has a great down to earth personality! She was a young girl. I forget her whole name, but she goes by "Di" or "Dia" or something like that. I know her first name does start with an "M" tho. The bartender made the best strawberry margarita I ever had! I visited March 2, 2026 at 4:30.…..if that helps figure out the server and bartender names.

It is so unfortunate but in our recent door dash order we found hair in our food. It was in one of the boils. Because it was door dash we had to go through the app to report the issue however we also contacted the restaurant directly to let them know. They informed us to report via door dash or come into the restaurant for them to remake it. As imagined, we immediately disposed the rest of the food. Door dash refunded the one boil and the dessert which was not as advertised. We bought about $90+ worth of food and it was really unfortunate to have to throw it all away.

We received amazing service from Desire who stepped in and up when another server declined to accept our party. She anticipated our needs and made suggestions that made the evening even better. She was knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Desire was so lighthearted and friendly. More servers should be like this and you can tell she enjoyed what she does. We will come back to see her specially and enjoy the food.

First the boil bag was excellent. The waitress showed up quick and I got my drink quickly. She took my food order and it came out quick. She never came back till I was done. I ordered fried calamari and they were like trying to chew a rubber band. Completely inedible. They brought out a plastic fork to eat snow crabs with? I finally flagged someone down and got a metal fork and a crab pick. The waitress didn't ask why I hadn't eaten the calamari and charged full price for them. Be careful the lighting is pretty low and the greasy dark carpet make it REALLY hard to see the steps up and down from the eating area.

First, our waitress was Tiara! She was nice, remembered what we asked for, and patient. This was our first time there! Food was hot, fresh, and FLAVORFUL!!!! I got lemon pepper seasoning and my husband got all flavors mixed. Idk who does the music, but the Playlist was on point! Long island ice teas were strong....got some water to go....lol! Please, please, please have your money ready. Restaurant prices are real!!! Bill was $180...worth it?....I cant wait to go back! Make sure you tip...anything is better than nothing!
