Craftsman Inn

I rented Nick’s place for a night in Calistoga with my girlfriends. The house is perfect as it allowed us all to gather around the dining room table and if it had been warmer, we would have used the huge front porch. The location couldn’t be better and we walked to wineries, shops and meals. The rooms were well appointed and the beds are so comfortable. Nick did a fantastic job communicating and even let us check in early since it was ready. Plenty of parking as well. Great place to stay!

The location is great. We were able to walk downtown for our meals. We especially liked the café where the complementary breakfast vouchers were for.|I even forgot my wedding ring there after checkout and they called and held it till we could drive back.

Great little spot in a good location, walkable to all of the downtown. Next to a main road, but it wasn't that noticeable once inside, at least in our room. We stayed in the Diamond Room, and it had plenty of space for 2 and a nice big bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The mini porch that the Diamond Room gets is a cool addition, though nothing fancy as it faces another home and the road, and it was cold that day, so we didn't spend much time on it. We had a tiny bit of trouble turning the jets on and off of the Jacuzzi, but the manager was very quick to answer our call, even late at night, and was ready to drive over in case to help, but we ended up figuring it out togeher over the phone, so we really appreciated that.

My husband and I loved our 2-night stay in the Diamond Room! Romantic, luxurious, and exactly as described. The location is perfect walkable to downtown Calistoga, restaurants, and shops. Nick and Gillian were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved this place! We came during the off season, so I’m pretty sure we were the only ones there, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not at the inn, but you get meal vouchers for a cafe down the street that is just a short walk away. The bed was huge and comfy, as was the jacuzzi tub! Would definitely stay here again!
