Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We had lunch at this Cracker Barrel location in Milford CT and it was a great experience. We’ve dined here before but I don’t think I’ve ever completed a review so here we go. The ambiance was bustling with a lot of people dining on the weekend but I thought we were called to sit pretty quickly. We walked in although it was crowded we sat within 10 mins. Waitress bought we our drinks and took our order. The staff were friendly, prompt and attentive. I’m not sure about these take our 1 star reviews but for the most part our experience here has always been great. My wife had the steak and for me, the Barrel burger. The Mac and cheese was outstanding- wow !! Both were cooked to perfection and the service was quick. We highly recommend !!

Wonderful location! Food was fresh and delicious. Good portion sizes. Service was excellent - Christian was friendly and attentive. Did a little shopping afterwards in the gift shop - Jennifer was so bubbly and friendly, made it impossible not to smile. Overall, perfect experience.

I guess you just get crap food when you get it delivered. Seems like these people that cooked my food just didn't care. Ordered the country fried steak for myself and my husband. Paid over 5$ more for a cup of chicken and dumpling soup with each meal. The chicken and dumplings soup was not received with my Ordered once it arrived. Mashed potatoes were cold and stale and look like they were cooked yesterday. Country fried steak was absolutely horrible. Cheddar cheese bites were cold and taste awful. Definitely will not Ordered delivery from this place nor will I eat there in person.

Food nice and Hot and delish! Service great from the beginning. The country store is my favorite specially Razzle Dazzle gum.vold times

Had a quick stop to grab dinner. Place was busy for a Thursday night but our waitress did a great job meeting everyone’s needs. Food is always solid!
