I don't know what that was but that definitely was not a jian bing (chinese crepe). I ordered mine with scallions, it had none. The filling was not chinese spices but the lettuce and spicy mayo sauce that you get as a side salad at japanese eateries. It's fine to just call it japanese crepe given the ingredients are all derivative of japanese cuisine. Again, mine was ordered with scallions (as in the traditional chinese kind) and this did not have something that I specifically added to my order. If you take away the fact that this did not taste like a chinese crepe, the taste and texture was fine as was the taste. I am just disappointed since I didnt get what I ordered - which is a jian bing - in English called the chinese crepe. For a japanese crepe this is just fine. In summation, if you

Located in a small food court (38th Street food court). Serves excellent rice rolls. We order 4 different rice rolls (Shrimp, BBQ pork, Briased Brisket, Pork). They were all very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the brisket rice roll as i have never had it brisket in a rice roll. Really friendly staff. Definitely will be back, I recommend this place.

This spot is super low key in the back of the 38 food hall, and damn, is it worth checking out. The shrimp and beef rolls with the chili on top is one of my favorite things to eat in the city. The noodles are soft and silky, the filling is generous, and the oil is just enough spice and numbing without being over powering. I cannot find these at home, and I know I’m going to be craving them heavily. I wish I had come sooner in my trip because they were so delicious eating them once just doesn’t feel right.

My favorite rice roll place in the city. I go every week. Highly recommend the beef brisket rice roll with lettuce. Food is ready in 5 minutes and is hot and delicious. Don’t forget the chili oil. Lots of seating on multiple floors too. A hidden gem!

Delicious freshly made rice paper steamed rolls. Thin pastry shrimp dumplings. Steamed bbq pork puns and egg custard buns light and fluffy. Have not had this quality in many dim sum restaurants Incredible food and great value for money Will be coming here again
