Customer Reviews
Stephanie Amazing customer service! The ice cream worker was super friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to help me choose flavors, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in their work. The positive attitude honestly made the ice cream taste even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My son loves this place. My only issue is, I’m picking up a cake today for his birthday that they told me would be ready at 1 o’clock, but the person who works at the store that I spoke to on the phone to order the cake didn’t have the courtesy to also tell me that the store doesn’t open until 3 o’clock; so now I have to sit out front for 1/2 an hour like I have nothing better to do. I would assume that employees know when the store’s open and not tell you to pick up a cake 2 hours before the store even opens. I’m at the Islip location.
My go to ice cream in long Island. That peanut butter cookie dough flavor is **perfection** We tried the Brooklyn egg cream for the first time - cola flavor tastes like a float. The one star is lost due to the staff. I'd say 90% of the time I go - the staff has a bad attitude. Disappointing when you're going for a fun ice cream experience. The vibes are fun, 1950s ice cream parlor with a bunch of mirrors and chrome.
The ice cream is good but the Islip location is so dingy and dirty looking. Multiple ceiling tiles missing, lights not working or very dim. It used to be bright and cheery and inviting, not any more. :(
Great place to bring you and your family, ice cream was amazing to! I will definitely be coming back here for sure!
