US Virtual Notary

Completely saved the day while I was overseas! I needed documents notarized immediately and I had just left the country. It was easy to set up an appointment, the nosy was on time, very clear and expedited the necessary. I’m very happy I chose US Virtual Notary.

Their system let me schedule a meeting fro a apsecific time the sent me emails and reminder at 3 times that are different than what was scheduled. The support is mostly a useless AI that responds what the user wants to hear without ever confirming accuracy of information. It is a shockingly bad for the price. Make sure to only schedule a meeting in Eastern Standard Time or it will bug out and to fight the AI to get real human support which may or may not exist. Would never use again.

I had an excellent experience with this notary service. I used the remote online notarization from abroad for US documents. The process was smooth, timely, and it provided me with the assistance I required. Ariel was very helpful and thorough. I will definitely use this service again.

It was easy to do the meeting. The process before the meet is important. It lets you be prepared for the meeting. I didn't know my document would not be notarized over the zoom. That it is done later and then I will receive my letter. Other than that it was a good experience.

I've used them quite a bit, but their support is NOT good when you need it. They took a document I needed apostillized, printed it out, folded the edges and obscured text in the process. Turkey's govt won't accept it because text is obscured, yet US Virtual Notary refused to re-do it. All I wanted was for the folding to not obscure the text. Completely possible but they refused!
