Cousins Subs

I ordered a full size club and it was missing the turkey. They told me they were out of pepper which is no big deal but half of the meat isnt there so Im not sure if that was intentional or if whoever is prepping the subs needs more training. I took off the tomatoes for a better picture. The cashier was lovely but I wont be coming here again.

We used to like Cousins a lot. We would prefer to support a local company vs. a national chain. But our experiences at Cousins continues to disappoint and the quality seems to go down. The bread the last five times times seems to be at least a day old if not older. I bake bread, so I'm pretty confident in this assessment. Vs. competitive sandwiches, there seems to be a lot less on the sandwich, we were charged almost $20.00 for two half (7") sandwiches yesterday and with what we received, this seems almost criminal. I know the owners fight the battle between cost/profit and the product they deliver, but you are loosing customers.

Horrible customer service. I ordered chicken tenders, small shake and fries. Well the order was wrong... I ended up getting charged for a sub with the tenders, shake and fries. I wait the longest time and when she gave me my order she just stared at me. My shake was overflowing out of the cup and got the bag with my order in it all sticky. Then she barely mumbled an apology for the long wait. I would not go here.

Online orders are not done correctly, fries and cheese curds are maybe warm, fries cold, no tomatoes and they add tomatoes, lettuce is transparent and wilted. Just sad, and for what they cost...definitely not worth it!

Online order ready over 25 minutes late. Hot part of order was ice cold, and 2 of 3 subs made incorrectly and missing ingredients. No awareness or apology from manager working. Stay away.
