Clifford's Supper Club

We’ve gone to Clifford’s over the years periodically and enjoyed it, however, tonight was a different story. You could tell they were busy but all of the tables around us were vocally frustrated. It may have been a server issue, but I can’t be certain. A bunch of food came out in the wrong order, or missing altogether. The food quality was really concerning for the price. I had the seafood platter, my fish was tasteless and overcooked. The cocktail sauce was hard gelatin, no butter on the table, empty waters for long periods, dirty oil flavored unsalted fries, I could go on. In all of that not once did I see a manger jumping in to help or check on tables. The table next to us were getting up to leave as their food came out. This place needs better management, period,

I don’t recommend, my burger was almost raw, so I didn’t eat it, my boyfriend‘s mashed potatoes tasted like premade flake box potatoes. it took 40 minutes for almost inedible food. i’m 90% sure that our server was in the back cooking. my boyfriend’s mom ordered fried onions with her burger and did not receive them yet was still charged for them. our service was very slow and we were told that they were simply just slammed and too busy however, there were only six other tables in the restaurant, and only two of those other tables were there when we arrived.

We made 5:00 reservations for 5 adults on New Years Eve 2025. Good call as it got busier and noisier later when we were ready to leave. One adult had been there many years ago, two others for a work party a number of years ago, and two others had never been. Service was great. Being an older establishment, atmosphere was dated, but otherwise festive. Bathrooms clean. Limited menu due to the holiday but everything ordered was delicious and prepared as ordered with one exception: two of the three baked potatoes were burned on one side. Order included broasted chicken, breaded pork chops, a filet and 2 porterhouse steaks. Bread basket and cold relish tray were tasty. Salads were also cold and tasty. Soup was hot and tasty-not salty. Drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. Just enough to eat

We are so grateful to the staff for hosting our father’s funeral luncheon with such care and kindness. During a very difficult day for our family, they made everything feel warm, welcoming, and seamless. The food was excellent, the space was comfortable, and the staff treated our guests with genuine compassion and respect. They helped create a place where our family and friends could gather, share memories, and support each other. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and will never forget their kindness.

We've had all you can eat crabs at many places through out the years. This one is pretty good! Our friend group had a good time and that's what matters. Server was good; bartender was grumpy LOL! Everyone has bad days though so no judgement here! I've been here for the Friday fish fry many times and have been more than satisfied with the servers and timeliness of turnover of food and drinks. Only thing I could say, is the place could use some updates. They also say "don't break something that's not broken."
