Cousin Vinny's Pizza

I came back to Ohio for the holidays to visit my mom in Xenia and decided to try Cousin Vinny’s pizza. I’m so glad I did! Easy to order online with their app. Absolutely delicious! Great soft crust, loads of toppings (I did the meats pizza), and wonderful chewy breadsticks! Quick turnaround and delivery with a very friendly delivery driver! Would definitely try again!

Ive ordered many times from here, the foods always hot, 99 percent of the time its made correct and delivery is fast, I believe the manager/owner is a younger fella, he doesn't mind making things right of somethings wrong. Always a good experience when I order. I recommend the half pound of chicken chunks w ranch! Yummmm.

ZERO STARS. I purchased an online order through the app on 6/15/25 for $21.98 an hour before closing time to be picked up. I arrived for pick up after paying with debit card within 20 minutes and they were closed. I have all of my bank records showing they took my money from my account. The next day I went in to the store to get my money back and the guy who opened the store said they unexpectedly had to close early last night but he saw my purchase and took care of it. He said it might take 3 or 4 business days but the money would be credited back to my account. Well that never did happen so the guy was lying and the place stole money from me. They are now permanently closed and I have been trying to get my money back for several weeks. No luck whatsoever. This leaves me no choice but to

I honestly think they mess my order up just to do it. But only place open until 3am. Wasted $40 couldn’t/wouldn’t eat what they brought and when they remade it the delivery driver ask, are you trying to get me in trouble? so would you eat that pizza? Do you think I can get a refund? You can come pick this whole pizza up it’s still sitting here.

Same thing happened to me on April 2 I ordered my order I got a call back an hour later saying that the refund would take 3 to 4 business days and they had to close early I kept calling back they said that tech support was supposed to issue the refund that it must be a problem with my bank because they refunded the order. They never refunded my order and they still owe me like $50 I'm livid....I hope the place goes out of business if I could give a 0 star I would.....bunch of thieves or something working there....I've called multiple times and they seem to never have an answer or they just give me an avoidant answer or tell me to call my bank....I have called my bank and it's not on their end.
