Courthouse Grille & Pub

Cute little place we found on our travels. There was not a lot in the area so we were pleased with our decision to eat here. Prices were fair, and portions were rather big. We both had burgers, and they were delicious. My husband had the chili dog burger, and it actually had a hot dog and chili on top of a burger. He loved it!

I used to enjoy dining at The Courthouse Grill and Pub, but unfortunately, it seems like standards have slipped. What was once a reliable spot for good food now feels like it's cutting corners—both in the kitchen and in overall experience. For a place branded as a Grill and Pub, the menu feels overextended. There are too many varied options that don’t align with the identity of the restaurant, and surprisingly, no proper steak offerings—something you’d expect from any grill. Instead, I was served an overcooked skirt steak laid over what tasted like canned Alfredo sauce over pasta. At these prices, I expect fresh ingredients and execution that reflects some care. Server was polite and easy to deal with, atmosphere was average but clean and quiet, and most importantly the food was good. Burger, salad, and Salisbury steak were all delicious.

I've been here a few times for dinner and this was my first breakfast there. I loved the coffee. It was some of the best coffee I've had in awhile, but that could've been because I was tired lol. Plus there was a lot of flavor options! The waitress was a doll and the food was great!

While in Brookville Pa, we stopped by for lunch since we were spending the day. Great service, quick service, hot food. We each had the cheese burger with fresh cut fries and iced tea. We sat right in the front window next to the street, it was great. You have to stop in there while in town. Many people make this a regular stop.
