Honey's Cakes

Ordered a custom sheet cake for a surprise 30th birthday. She was able to print an edible image of the birthday guys favorite camo onto the cake. Very friendly and quick. Tasted good.

Honey made us the most beautiful and delicious custom cake! We chose German chocolate and vanilla with buttercream icing, and it was absolute perfection. The design was stunning, and the flavor was even better. It was rich, moist, and full of flavor. Everyone at our event was raving about it and asking where we got the cake. Honey was also absolutely wonderful to work with. Her communication was great, and she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, talent, and passion for what she does truly shine through. We couldn’t be happier and would order again in a heartbeat.

My sister-in-law had ordered 4 Dozen cupcakes from here for our baby shower. They were delicious! Multiple people made it a point to tell me how good they were. We also picked up a few cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting and they were outstanding (20 seconds in microwave). The owner was very kind both on the phone and in person.

We found this bakery online before leaving NJ. as we were going to be in the Cook Forest area and wanted something to celebrate our sister in law’s birthday. We purchased a beautiful looking blueberry pie that tasted every bit as good as it looked. It was a hit! The woman working was a delight to talk with and shared about the gentleman who owned the building and how he rents the upstairs apartments to visiting nurses, my sister a nurse was with me, kudos. We will definitely stop again next year when we head that way. I hope Brookville supports this wonderful bakery and it lasts.

This was my first time visiting Honey’s Cakes, and I was not disappointed! Honey was kind enough to show me all of the treats and options she had, and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I wanted to get a few different things to try, and they were amazing. The chocolate chip cookie was very tasty, and big too! I also loved the macaroons and was very pleasantly surprised with how light and fresh they tasted! I am also looking forward to trying the pumpkin spice bread (which looks delicious). Honey was kind and easy to talk to as well which makes a world of a difference when deciding what bakeries to give your business to. If you need any treats, I would definitely give Honey a visit and support your local businesses!
