Country Organics And The Rawsome Kitchen

We stopped for lunch on our way south from Oregon. The menu description tempted us, and our lunch was even more delicious than we had hoped. I ordered the shroom wrap with added tempeh, and when our order arrived, my companion’s salad order was so beautiful I was envious. But I needn’t have been; my wrap was so stuffed with greens that it was like having a wrap AND a salad. Flavors were delightful! Not over or under spiced, delicious sauces. The best was the vegan cashew cheese, more like a super thick dressing or a soft spread, rather than a sliceable cheese. I have stopped in Redding for lunch before, and this is the best place I have tried in Redding.

The absolute best restaurant in Northern California to get healthy organic vegan food. Very friendly staff, clean place, and easy parking. Highly recommend the fiesta wrap (ask for vegan cheese if vegan), raw enchilada, rawsome ravioli and any fresh juice on the menu. Everything I've ever tried on the menu has been delicious. Definitely worth stopping by.

A Juice shot and the raw vegan raviolis were just what I needed for my long drive back to Oregon. It’s hard to find raw food options outside of my own kitchen, and if I’m going to spend money on food while when traveling I prefer high vibrational options. Thank you to the staff for reminding me multiple times that the raviolis are raw, lol, I can tell they’ve had a lot of people that don’t know what that means. Understandable. Thanks for having raw vegan options for the few of us alien-starseed-alchemists. The revolution is tasty. We just walked in with my boys while being bored waiting for my smog check. WHAT A GEM!!!! PERFECT customer service, delicious 😋 food. We watched them make our smoothies fresh and even gave us a homemade tortilla to try. My boys ate it up!!! We will be back! Excellent local company we all need to support ♥️♥️♥️ fresh, local, organic and just simply perfect 👌
