Stellar place in OBX to get some sandwiches. They got all sort of em, even pulled pork and cheese steak. Even a "Veggie Reuben". I highly recommend the "I Wouldn't Brisket" sandwich - Hot pastrami, Corned Beef, Spicy Deli Mustard & Swiss Cheese on Rye. About $12. Excellent all throughout. Shout out to the nice staff! Kudos on the Free Library in there too - awesome idea. Perfect place for lunch in the Outer Banks!

For the second time I have been disappointed with the country deli and it’s so sad because it used to be the best deli place in the Outer Banks. I have never gotten a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato where it’s not grilled Unbelievable I guess it’s poor Richard’s from now on. And if there was a question about it, you had my phone number. Anyone with common sense would know that a cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato is supposed to be grilled

Wow, probably the best sandwich I’ve had this year!! Got the Killer hot and she got the BLT with red peppers and banana peppers. I wish I would have stopped earlier in the week and had tried more options.
