Prospect Avenue Public Beach Access

Best beach access around. If you get there early there is usually parking and the beach has plenty of open spots. The bathhouse is an added bonus!

This is a great beach access for handicap ♿️. There is a ramp that takes you all the way up, then steps down onto the beach that is flat. There are also bathrooms and a place to rinse off.

Well kept up with. Didn’t go in the restrooms so can’t speak on those but even has a spot to rinse your feet.

Perfect spot to get to the beach! Free parking and quite a few spaces. Rinse-off station, restrooms, and boardwalk to get over the dunes. We visited in the early evening on Labor Day 2023 and the beach wasn’t crowded at all.

A very beautiful and wide view of the beach with the red mailbox hopeful letters. A nice gazebo where we like to have a sandwich and there are sometimes surfers to watch.
