Cypress House Bed & Breakfast

We spent several perfect days at the Cypress House B&B! The hosts, Veda and Bill, were fantastic. We felt right at home. The breakfasts were delicious and all homemade. Great location right across from the ocean - a half block walk. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the Loft which is where we stayed. All the amenities including a Keurig coffee pot and full size fridge. Such a gem in the Outer Banks!

Great place! Bill and Veda were wonderful. Felt like home. Very spacious rooms and big bathrooms! Great food. Awesome wraparound porch with lots of comfy chairs. A cool place out back to sit around with friends and talk and enjoy drinks under covered patio with cool lights. And walk across the street to the beach! Highly recommended

The location is close to the beach access and less than 1 miles from Wright memorial.A lot of nice bar and restaurants in the area, some at walking distance, mostly located at 5-10 minutes drive.Bill is a wonderful host and he has treated us very well, breakfasts were amazing, every day a different surprise.Everything super clean, the B&B has been built in the ‘46, perfectly maintained, porch and garden in the backyard amazing! Warmly recommended

We had perfect stay here! Bill and Veda were great company and lovely to chat to! The Inn is beautifully presented and has everything you need for a great stay. Easy parking, well equipped rooms with comfy beds, nice quality linens and towels. Plenty of drawer / cupboard storage space in the room and the bathroom. Nice powerful shower! Tea, coffee, water supplies are plentiful upstairs on the landing so that you can help yourself. Best of all? Exquisite breakfast with fresh fruits and a hot course too! Lovely. I’d strongly recommend a stay here!

Just finished spending a week at the Cypress House Inn. We’ve been coming for the past 12 years and have only missed a few years. It’s a beautiful historic inn with the best innkeepers we’ve ever met. The rooms are comfortable and it’s right across from a public beach access. Enjoy a morning walk on the beach followed by an amazing breakfast. Don’t oversleep the food and conversation around the breakfast table is unmatched. This place is our favorite spot in the OBX. Bill and Veda provide recommendations for activities and restaurants. You won’t regret your stay.
