The food was absolutely amazing and Aurora our waitress was the best! She was so attentive, warm/welcoming and provided great recommendations. Everything we ate was delicious and fresh. Definitely try the NY strip steak, so yummy! Thanks Cotto for a great Valentine’s Day dinner

You no longer have to travel to Manhattan for NYC level dining. Cotto brings that experience right to Morristown. This is an elevated, modern Italian restaurant that truly captures the essence of fine dining while highlighting seasonal ingredients at their peak. I dined on opening night and was immediately welcomed by the warm, attentive staff. Everyone was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The rock shrimp crostino was our first bite and it completely blew me away. The flavors build with each bite and showcase the thoughtful and well curated menu. The cacio e pepe salad and the octopus are absolute musts and I cannot wait to have them again. The fresh pasta dishes are not to be missed, especially knowing they are all made in house. I highly recommend the spicy rigaton

Our experience was impeccable! The ambiance was wonderful- a gorgeous aesthetic with a laid back, yet elegant and cozy vibe. The service was wonderful; knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, funny and nice. The food was SPECTACULAR. Truly a delicious menu full of diverse flavors and options. The cuisine was expertly prepared and we enjoyed an unbelievable meal from start to finish.

I gotta be honest, I was really surprised by the quality of this place. I’ve lived in Morristown for 43 years and this is by far the most quality food I have had so far. The squid ink pasta was phenomenal, so was the rock shrimp. For dinner I had the pork chop, which was great, but my friend had the chicken and surprisingly I thought it was better. There was absolutely nothing bad I had tonight the dessert was great too. We tried the gelato and the donuts absolutely out of this world. They were out of the olive oil cake, unfortunately but I’ll try that next time. The Branzino fish was highly recommended however, for my taste, it was kind of bland more on the healthy side of a dish. That’s my only complaint. I will absolutely be returning. We just tried the brand new Cotto and the food was delicious. Our waitress Aurora provided awesome service, she was attentive, knowledgeable and offered a friendly service that made this a very special dining experience. The steak was cooked to perfection. If you haven't been yet I suggest you try Cotto!
