Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

It’s not the same. I’ve been going to Costa Vida since the first one opened in Utah. I was ecstatic when they opened one in UVU where I went to school. It has always been one of my favorite places and can’t even think of how many times I’ve ordered food there. I stopped by this one for lunch today and was let down for the first time ever. I was the only person there right after noon which was weird. The tortilla they used looked like it’s been sitting on the counter for a while. She put on steak and I realized I wanted more so I asked for an extra serving. She confirmed that I wanted 4oz more then put on literally the last 2 small pieces she had in the bin and called for more steak. She took my salad to the other side of the counter and figured she’d put the rest on later. We finished up

Went in for dinner last night, Tuesday. The place was packed! The employees were nice, never had an attitude, like I've experienced before in places that are busy, and they all seemed worked well together. The place was clean, our food tasted great (chicken nachos, veggie salad, steak burrito and chile lime quesadilla) and looked great! I like this crew, and we enjoyed our visit!

Great job on good service and helping me maneuver my app. Food was delicious but cilantro needed to be changed out. Part of it was black and slimy. I had to pick it out of my salad.

I’ve been to all of Costa Vida’s. I spent $17 for steak salad. Definitely too expensive for that kind of food. I came for lunch. While I was there, only 2 people went through the restaurant.

Fresh and Spacious Costa Vida delivers on freshness every time. The veggies taste crisp and the food is delicious across the board. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious which makes it a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Great spot when you want quality food in a relaxed setting.
