Emily is the most talented baker I have ever met!!!! I have been blessed to have the honor to purchased several items from her and extremely enjoyed them all!!!! I received my first order of Emily's Coquette Pâtisserie recently. French Meringue Kisses: light, airy, crisp and literally melts in your mouth. I closed my eyes and was transported to Paris! Pumpkin Spice Biscotti: captures the cozy, comforting essence of fall in a perfect, dunkable cookie. I enjoyed a Pumpkin Biscotti this morning with my Pumpkin Coffee flavored with Pumpkin Coffee Creamer and topped with Pumpkin Whipped Topping: it was Pumpkin Paradise. Emily's attention to detail and use of quality ingredients is evident in every bite.

Everything Emily does is incredible! Her attention to detail, her vibe, her choices are spot on! We are so incredibly lucky to have her choose to run her new business in Fergus Falls, MN. Oh, did I mention her biscotti is absolutely wonderful? Highly recommend supporting everything she gets involved in.

Emily brought me Roulès la Cannelle. Its a cinnamon roll with corossaint combined with a homemade frosting. This was absolutely incredible!! I warmed it up and devoured it!!! I actually do not like cinnamon rolls at all but I would without a doubt order these again. I love the fact that everything she makes is homemade! She puts so much time, love and effort into all the things she makes and you can tell with every bite! Im so excited to come support her new business very often!
