We visited for first time in a while . So we came for Valentines day dinner and it was fabulous. Our waiter Craig was attentive and made sure were satisfied and the apps and entrees we ordered were awesome. Will definitely be revisiting again. Cooper Cayon is a hit!!
Omg what happened to the OLD COPPER CANYON????? THIS IS NOT THE RESTAURANT IT USED TO BE... I know I havent been here for some time BUT HOLY CRAP... I wanted to walk out the second I arrived only due to they change the cozy atmosphere and upscale FINE DINING THIS USED TO BE ....Instead its a Mexican restaurant which is fine if you want Spanish or Mexican cuisine. What happened to the carpet and oak walls and the fireplace???? Then the price for steak is $57 bucks AND chops which in the images they promote have 5 to 6 YET on a plate my dinner was 3 chops on my plate and then they forgot to bringout my sautéed spinach with my three chops that they burnt to a crisp. Oh did I mention when we ordered chips and Guacamole they brought to our table which was squeeze between a full length bar
Pretty good. My friends live across the street and come here a lot. The food and drinks will satisfy. It’s a bit pricey. It’s tapas style, wish that they adjusted portions based on party size. The spring rolls have 4 but there where 5 of us. The bigger priced salad is pretty big and was a good size for the 5 of us though along with the other things we ordered. The Brie cheese was very unique, I never had Brie cheese cooked in sauce like that. The steak was the best thing, kind of chewy but had a really great flavor. Also the fries were hot and cooked perfectly, the margaritas were very good and very strong. My favorite was the regular canyon one. I had the Grand Canyon too but felt the flavor was a little off. The bathroom is just a one person bathroom. Service was pretty nice and attent
This is a nice slightly higher end restaurant. I came here for my birthday and had a really nice steak. The service is friendly and prompt. The quality of all the menu items I had was very good. The atmosphere inside is it's very nice for this type of restaurant. It is very clean and well maintained. The interior is nicely decorated and updated.
Went online to order. They pushed the order to a 3rd party app. I was next door and saw that it was adding $10 to my order for a pick up. I called the restaurant and asked them to place the order direct. She said she couldn’t take my order and I had to do it through the app. I said I was next door and walking over to pick it up. She said she could not take the order. I was speaking with the restaurant and she wouldn’t take my order. I hung up and went some where else. I guess there is a new type of restaurant that does not want business.
