We stopped by Copita last minute after a long drive into Maine, and they kindly accommodated us right away. The ambience was warm, cozy, and welcoming, the perfect setting to unwind after a long day on the road. Patrick took excellent care of us, especially with the drinks. We tried the Mexican Cola and the Pearfect mocktail, both refreshing and beautifully crafted. For appetizers, we had the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly crisp, lightly caramelized, and full of flavor. For the main course, we ordered the special pappardelle pasta of the evening, a comforting bowl featuring apple, fig, and walnut tossed in a sweet-potato Dijon cream sauce and topped with lemon-sage breadcrumbs. Quaint, very clean and well run higher-end restaurant. The best dining in NE Harbor without question. Varying delicious entrees and appetizers, decadent desserts. Service is friendly and thorough. Patrick, Austin and Benjamin are outstanding…as are the other staffers who assist. I dined there five-six times this summer. I can’t wait to go back next year!!!

The food was great, I recommend the halibut! Except for the size of the lamb appetizer. There were three of us and the waiter said there would be three pieces, but then only two came out. This killed the mood for me, he should have offered to make this right.

This restaurant gave us one of our best meals in recent memory. The atmosphere was fantastic and the wait staff and bartender were great, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Cocktails were great and all of our dishes were fantastic (the halibut was so deliciously juicy). By the time we reached dessert we simply had to order all three options because we knew they were all ones we wouldn't want to miss, and we were right! This place has definitely become a "must visit" for every return trip.

Delicious scallops, halibut and lobsters. The seafood was cooked to perfection, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. Friendly service and nice ambient.
