Cook Out

I just love everything about cookout! I love the burgers, the variety of shakes! Their sweet tea is the best!! They are always so quick when you go through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly!

10/10 100% better than Bojangles and I’m pretty sure they only have 3.8 reviews is because they are new. Staff is very kind and drive through is quick for me the only things they miss is like straws occasionally or napkins NEVER any food. Which is impressive. Love this place

UPDATE: SOMETHING HAS CHANGED: I have been going to Cookout for many years, usually eating there twice weekly, and was excited to see the Cookout open in Louisburg, NC. When they first opened, the service and food were absolutely perfect, but, SOMETHING HAS CHANGED! It’s as though the place is run by children with no adults supervision. The last three times I’ve gone, I was not spoken to once other than the initial order taking. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice night, not one word! Several times they've gotten the burger toppings wrong which, when brought to their attention, they promptly take the burger and make it a point to show that they are throwing it in the trash. All of this and not even an apology. I am not looking for perfection at a fast food joint, but, I do expect at l

The only reason I give them a one star. Is because I'll order food 5 people they try to cram all of the meals into one plastic bag, which calls us stuff to fall and spill out and this happens almost every time I go to cookout Oh, plastic bag is cheap. A little bit of common sense when bagging stuff would be appreciated

I ordered a big double burger with fries and nuggets. The food was delicious. However, the pattie on the burger were small. The service was prompted and staff was friendly.
