Cook Out

I went through the drive thru asking for a strawberry cheesecake slice. The cashier gave me my total as $4.59. I got to the window and I heard them arguing about how they made a milkshake instead. Not even 5 seconds later i get a cup and a fork. I asked them where my cheesecake was and they specifically told me “We give the cheesecake like this to everyone. It’s easier to eat this way.” Not once has it been easier for me to eat cheesecake out of a cup. I pulled out and parked. Looked inside the cup and it was a mess. Look at these pictures, I haven’t even touched the cheesecake just opened the cup. WHAT IS THAT BLACK STUFF. DISGUSTING.

My husband and I are still recovering 🙃 it was amazing and unhealthy. Blood pressure through the roof. I look forward to going back to have another sweet 😋 tea that is basically syrup 🧋

We stopped by this cookout today for lunch on our road trip from Indiana back to Virginia. Can't say enough good things about this place! The staff was so kind, the restaurant itself and the bathrooms were spotless, and the food was delicious as always. They were very understanding as well when my son dropped his soda and it exploded all over the floor. Thank you cookout!

As soon as I walked in it smelled like old grease not a character grilled burger. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 onion rings plus a chocolate shake. The shake was good but the food was gross. Onion rings were mushy and tasteless and the burgers were a mess. I actually had to spit it out. This place has continuously got worse with each visit. Today was my last time, will not be going g back.

I ordered a cheeseburger tray, add coleslaw. There was coleslaw all over the outside of the burger wrapping, which made it messy, but that's not what I was upset about. I was upset because a place that says they serve 40 different ice creams has removed in my opinion. My favorite 2 flavors. The only ice cream I get when I go there. Which is the cappuccino and mocha the only two coffee flavors they had on their menu. And by the looks of it, they removed more, but I noticed because it was my favorite too bermeuse to look like it had 40 different ice cream flavors.Now it looks like it has about 30. Very very disappointed if\n It wasn't for the fact honestly that I can feed 2 people for cheaper than McDonald's. Here, the ice cream alone would be enough for me not to come back. So your low pri
