One of the worst places to trust. In my personal experience, I had a driver who went to pick up a machine at this location, on wed November 19 he showed at this location to pick up a JD, but on November 18th at 8:00 AM the day before the pick up I called them to confirm that the machinery was working and running. I contacted the front desk employee (I think her name was Vanessa) and confirmed with her that everything was fine and okay for pickup. The next day I called the front desk again for the second time to make sure they were waiting for the driver and that the machine was ready, which was confirmed by the front desk lady again.
