Converse Public Library

I haven’t visited the Converse Library since they’ve moved from their old location. Back then, it wasn’t much. The library has a fun and enriching atmosphere for developing readers to appreciate. I love how the children’s section is so vibrant with stimulating information and facts about books and the world around the individuals. The library has a lot of fun activities for your students or children to be involved in weekly. This brings a love of learning and a love for their public library. Great job, Converse Public Library. I enjoyed my visit. I only experienced one downside. As I tried to read the introduction of a book I was thinking about in a quiet corner, a man was sitting at a table talking rather loudly on the phone in the middle of the room. He didn’t pick up on my visual cues

The Library itself is nice and clean. Very engaging on the weekends. And even after school. It would be nice is they could implement special times for homeschoolers. That said the children's selection is well kept and okay. Lots of what is displayed seems to be something about an agenda. I think In a ratio of about 2 out of every 15 books was just pure fun reading. I consider an agenda to be anything with darkening the view of the world or just add confusion to it. You fill in the blanks with your version of that. I'm very particular on what I allow into my mind body and soul. Especially for my children. ... But overall the Librarians are kind and very helpful. Would have given a higher rating. But you really are what you read. So let's keep it pure yeah!?

Very friendly and helpful employees, it's a smaller library and they have a decent selection of books, and a seperate kid section

My Child goes to the mathnasium down the road so we stopped by. I brought my children in with me and we initially liked the place. They charge $25 to start an account for people living outside of the ZIP Code and I only live 20 minutes away so I declined they did tell me they had free puzzles so I grabbed one and on my way out the alarm went off and so they came out to my car and stopped me. And told me I didn’t check something out, and I told them that I was told to puzzles was free by the person at the front desk. I did not like the way I was treated here, I felt belittled and embarrassed.

Very clean and well established library. Today was my first time going and it is a great resource for the community. The library workers were very friendly and helpful.
