CONSUELO SWEET TREATS

I go to the Barber next door who recommended I stop in for a treat while I wait for him. Consuelo greeted me at the door. She and another lady seemed to be in mid conversation but they quickly added me to it and we talked for 30 minutes. VERY friendly women and I appreciated that. I'm not big on sweets so I chose the fresh blueberry and kiwi drink which was yummy ( It was even better once I went home and put it in the freezer like a slushie). I also had a frozen fruit cup which was really refreshing. 😋 It was hot outside so it started to melt quickly. I went home and refroze that as well and blended it into my smoothie the next day and it was delicious! Lastly I tried one of the butter breakfast croissants. It was precooked so I warmed it the next day... that was my LEAST favorite of all

Okay y'all. This place is cute. Consuelo is super cute. The fruit drink is refreshing. The carrot cake is delightful, not too sweet with perfect cream cheese frosting. But the banana pudding was simply magical. I don't know how she made it, but it was like no other banana pudding I've ever had. The only bad part is, I live in ohio, so now I cam never have banana pudding again, because it will never compare to hers!

The first day I walked in Consuelo’s Sweet Treats, I knew I would be a repeat customer. The first day I had the chocolate chip cookies, and red velvet cookies. A few weeks later I had the chicken salad. Everything was great. And boy, the carrot cake pie was incredible.

We just picked up a Sock it to me cake from Consuelo Sweet Treats, I wanted to save it for thanksgiving. I cut a slice and eat it, folks this cake is not going to make it to thanksgiving, my God it’s good. Thank you ma’am.

Consuelo Sweet Treats is simply the BEST! My family and I are completely hooked. You have to try the little bundtinis and homemade ice cream. And that’s not all—don’t miss the carrot delights and delicious homemade cookies. Seriously, just visit the bakery; you’ll find it impossible to leave without enjoying some treats on your way out the door. Also, the Tasty Network Tuesdays for small business owners is a blast!
