🌟🌟🌟157 Congress 🌟🌟🌟 This elegant and spacious house easily held three couples and ten for Thanksgiving dinner. The well-appointed kitchen was instrumental in dovetailing the turkey and fixings to the large table. The beautiful home is a block from Berkeley Springs' main street. Lots to see here; all within walking distance. Great to cook in, out-of-a-movie experience, details cared about in the restoration, feels classic like it would have when it was built. The house is in beautiful condition. Every square inch is clean and either new or perfectly restored. Thanks goes to Ross and Alison for their hospitality.

The love and light Ross and Alison have can been seen in every aspect of this charming getaway. From their warmth and excitement to give us a tour of the home, to the beautiful details found at every corner of this gorgeous house. They made sure we were comfortable, needs were seen to, and we felt so welcome. After a walk to the farmers market, we cooked and enjoyed the home, hot springs and shopping all so close by! Ross and Alison have curated a wonderful place to stay in Berkeley Springs. It is refined, warm and comfortable. The house is beautifully restored, with wonderful artwork, a kitchen with all the gear and dinnerware you could want, copper bar tools for mixing your favorite drinks (mules recommended in the copper cups), multiple places to relax, both indoor and out, and plush beds to sink into at night. The location in the center of town makes everything an easy walk, with good food and drinks within a few hundred feet, and all the shopping and spas less than a 10 min walk away. The only time we got in our car was to get to the Cacapon river for some Kayaking. We had a great stay at Congress House. It was super spacious and fit our group of 8 comfortably. The house is full of charm and thoughtful touches and we loved all the historic details. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place just felt a bit more special than your average stay. The hosts were also really responsive and just the nicest people! Would definitely recommend!
