Congdons After Dark Food Truck Park

Awesome find after visiting a nearby swimming spot. We tried the hand cut loaded frys at one of the food trucks. They were great! We also stopped and grabbed a few of condon too donuts. There was live music and a few spots of corn hole games. Definitely a stop for everyone.

My family went to Congdon’s Food Truck park for the first time on Father’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lots of varying food options including spirits and their own Raspberry Jelly Donut IPA in collaboration with Mast Landing (a must try!!) We will be back for sure!

We were gonna go out to dinner at a nice restaurant but when arrived and saw the food trucks we quickly changed our minds just because we love food trucks. Stopped by all the trucks to see what they had and ended up going to Bubba Frye's On The Fly got the Memphis Chicken Sandwich daughter got the Chicken and Waffles. Both sandwiches were great so big that we couldn't finish it all. Then we got fries from Knew Potato Caboose got the Little Red Rooster which consisted of fries, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Bacon, Ranch and Scallions piled on high so good. We were definitely not disappointed on our decision.

This lobster grilled cheese was just what I needed! Hit real nice! Tasted fantastic! Bread was good and no complaints at all!

Such a fun experience and way to try so many different foods in the span of one night!
