How shiz niz. One of the best hoagies I’ve ever laid my teeth into. The inside’s just a basic run of the mill corner store, but the magic is in the deli. Even had some delicious sweet pickles to add on.

I have to admit, I kept my expectations in check when I saw the uninspired exterior of the building and slightly wilted quality to the neighborhood aesthetic, but this was a classic case of a building not being fancy, but the food inside is great. Hands-down, this one of the best deli sandwiches I have ever had. The store owners are also the deli chefs, and the simple salami and provolone sandwich I had was very fresh, tasty, and a remarkable value at only $6. The owners were friendly, kind, and clearly popular among their neighborhood customers, with a cozy, familiar vibe inside the store. If you’re in Wilmington, DE and craving a sandwich, I recommend you give Concord Deli a try, it’s worth the stop!

This place was highly recommended by some friends in the area. I also would recommend it. It was my first time in, and I was confused about the ordering process - there's a roll of printed out paper that you circle your choices on for meat, bread, toppings, etc. I got a large Italian with provolone and various veggie toppings. It was HUGE. And, very, very good they use amorosos rolls. I will be coming back here for hoagies til I die of heart disease. Oh, and cash only.
