We have used this company for a few years. The first year was pretty good service with great communication. The next went downhill in terms of communication. Finally this year (both before and after COVID) the company didn't respond to email or phone calls about the tax return in a timely manner (took 3 weeks to get responses back). Finally, this year Colonial CPA made a gigantic error and didn't own up to it, and blamed us (I have never had a company blame a customer for their mistake). Repeated emails and messages about their mistake weren't returned over the span of a month. After finally getting the boss on the phone, all she did was deflect. Stay away!
