Best ice cream in the valley. Always a pleasant experience with the staff and enjoying the tasty treats. Love the variety as well.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery in West Hills and ordered mango and coconut ice cream. While the staff were friendly and the store was clean, the ice cream itself was a huge disappointment. The coconut ice cream didn’t taste like coconut at all—it felt like eating melted ice cream with no distinct flavor. The mango ice cream was sour and had a strange, artificial taste, which made it feel like it was poor quality. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be coming back. Unfortunately, I expected more from Cold Stone.

I had a good experience, staff are super friendly and the service is great. Dog friendly, the employee made us feel welcomed, she even gave me a pupcup for my dog. 🐶💕

Good ice cream! I just wish they had more variety. People at this.location very friendly. I had the oreo overload, which come with chocolate chips, and in my opinion it is better without the chocolate chips, but instead get more oreo. Will try the shales next time!
