Extremely disappointed!! I ordered a custom cake last week and paid $35+ for it. When I cut it the whole cake had pieces of paper inside it. This is very disturbing and concerning for me as my whole family consumed it. I really want you to look into this matter since this can be a health hazard especially for children.

Good ice cream, but the service is inconsistent. Portion sizes and toppings seem to depend on who’s scooping, and lately there’s been one staff member who regularly skimps on both quantity and toppings.

Usually a good experience, though the amount of ice cream you get depends on who’s making it. This time was really upsetting. I ordered a medium, but got the same amount as my husband, who ordered a small. And, my waffle bowl was burned and so brittle, I couldn’t use it. It looks like whoever made it didn’t use enough batter. I did my order online, as I’m quarantined, which is why this is more frustrating. I couldn’t even make the complaint in person to get this fixed. Not to mention the 20% I added to the order. $20+ dollars for burnt and incorrect food. ☹️

Came in tonight for the boo batter taco viral trend and left us disappointed when I first came in they said that they were premade tacos in the refrigerator because I didn’t wanna make it with the orange shell a fresh one very lazy and when My Wife ordered them online for a pick up order. They hadn’t even made it when I walked in the store and they had to go find it and then they only made one and gave it to me when I paid for two and they said just take a taco from the walk-in fridge. They said theres not Enough sprinkles to make that one for you anyways very bad customer service, and very typical of people who come from this area of the world near the Himalayas

While I understand every business policy is different, working with the general public is not for the workers here. I walked in, not a single customer or employee in site, employee on the phone in the back room for a few minutes, then tells me "I'll be right with you" - OK, I work in customer service, but finishing your phone call for ANOTHER few minutes while I wait is ridiculous. Moving on. I grabbed an already made cake out of the freezer, again, no one in the store but me and 1 employee, I asked "Are you able to write 'Happy Birthday' on this?" Employee says "Nah, can't do it the same day" .... Let me reiterate there hasnt been a single person in this store the entire time I waited for him to finish his phone call. I asked "oh.. they've done it before, you're not able to?" He says "n
