Greeted by the owner . Really nice guy . Answered any questions I had about flavors . Super helpful. Quick service . Great experience and will definitely be returning to this cold stone in the near future. Would recommend if you are a local and love ice cream

First time going to a cold stone, I was the only one in there and didn't get any help for about 10 min. Staff was friendly but skimpy on toppings, kinda overpriced ill stick to my friendlys this was not worth all that

The ice cream quality has been extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the toppings listed are included; other times they are not. Recently, the quality has been especially poor. Almost every order I receive has an issue, but today was by far the worst experience. The ice cream was not wrapped as it usually is, the bag was left open instead of being tied, and the order ticket was missing—likely due to poor packaging. I ordered the Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some®, but it appeared to be plain vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and a few chocolate chips added. There was no caramel and no cookie dough at all—not even as a topping. Whether this was an off day or not, the quality was unacceptable.

I placed a special order for a large birthday cake and it was perfect! Online ordering was so easy, it was ready on time, it looked great and was delicious too!! Razz was a so helpful and friendly when I picked it up. I will definitely be going back to the new Smithtown location soon.

I feel like im in heaven every time I walk into this store. I am always blessed with the most amazing ice cream ever. They have never made my order wrong and are so consistent with their work. I am always met with great enthusiasm from the workers and can’t wait to keep coming here! 🥹
