Tim and Kareem Abdul Dubar had great service. They were so friendly and I couldnt have had anyone better. They treated me to all the samples I could desire, right before closing. I am so thankful to have walked into coldstone on this beautiful Saturday evening after a long day of gymnastcis! Thank you again to these wonderful young men for helping me make my night truly special (and for bringing my taste buds on a wonderful journy)

Want ice cream? Want classic? And made it your way? ColdStone Creamery is the place to be. First Time at this location in Bremerton/Silverdale Washington. Coming from The Hawaiian Islands, we don't have ColdStone Creamery anywhere, so to find this during a trip out in Washington... it was an absolute must. The same great ice cream, the same great taste,just with new flavors and more. I am not disappointed and am very grateful to have found this gem of an ice cream parlor still being here atleast in Washington. ❤️ 10/10

I went in and ordered a Pint of ice cream, i was given this. Half full. I’m very unhappy with my service as well. We had to tell the lady 3 times we wanted it to go, seemed like she was high. We ordered around 8:15pm 10/22. The service was poor and i didn’t receive what i paid for, i got half ass icecream.

Absolute astonishing atmosphere walked in felt rewarded and free greeted by the worker Evelyn Grace will come here again 10 out of 10

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a custom cake for Mother’s Day on Friday (5/9), and when I arrived Sunday to pick it up, I was told there had been a “mix-up” and it was sold to someone else. They claimed to remake it on the spot, but when I cut into the cake later, it wasn’t what I ordered at all. Worse yet, after finishing the cake, I discovered a date marked “5/7” on the bottom—meaning they just gave me a premade cake and lied to me about it being fresh or custom. I’ve been back twice to try to speak to a manager and have gotten no response. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I expected better from a brand like Cold Stone.
