I come here often and spend a lot of money. Today 2/6/26 I went in around 1:30 and there was one Hispanic girl with glasses working. She was so rude and not friendly at all. She didn't say hello and just had a look in her face like she was annoyed that I went inside. Anyway I had a big order and I tried to tell her and before I could finish she rudely cut me off and asked with an attitude "what's next" I was trying to tell her to put my ice cream in the freezer as she prepared the next ones so they wouldn't melt. She didn't even let me tell her that and just continued asking "what's else" so I just went on with my order. She didn't talk to me at all when I tried to make conversation so it was super awkward. My ice cream was all melted by the time I got to my car..the cups were covered in m

Ice cream guy couldn’t be bothered to chop up my toppings. And when I got home found 5 black hairs in my ice cream because he’s wasn’t wearing a hair net. Served me a cup of ice cream that was dripping all down the side and couldn’t be bothered to wipe it. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Don’t go here. Drive the extra miles to one with better service

Nice penmanship, Cold Stone. I ordered this cake for my husband's birthday. I think your staff should put in a little more effort into decorating your cakes especially for the price you sell them for.

I went for a large ice cream cake. Grabbed it from the cooler, put it on the counter. Waited 5+ minutes to be cashed out while the worker ignored me completely talking with who appeared to be a friend. I googled the store number. Called the phone and she ignored the call. After the 10min mark I left without the $60 purchase!

Closed for renovation but says open.
